As a communications professional, Natacha offers extensive experience working with the U.S. Hispanic market across many industries, including consumer, beauty, non-profit, telecommunications, food and beverage, health care and live entertainment. She founded Alma Emprenderora to voice the needs of thousands of Latinas living in the U.S. that have an entrepreneurial soul and can’t find quality content that speaks to their needs and sophisticated and upscale lifestyle. She is also the founder of Azúcar Communications, a PR and Influencer Marketing company servicing Latinos in New York City.
Prior to founding Azúcar Communications, Natacha worked at Porter Novelli, where she engineered and managed PR, digital and social media campaigns for Gillette, The Nature Conservancy, Merck, Neutrogena, and SoyJoy. Her dedication and commitment to delivering great results to her clients shows in 2012, when the “Yo Soy (I am)” campaign was nominated as one of the “Top 3 Advertising Digital Campaign Plan & Execution” by Portada Magazine and “PR On a Shoestring” at the first annual PR Daily Awards.
She was a key member of GlobalHue, the largest multicultural agency. There, she worked on the Verizon Wireless and FiOs accounts, where she managed new product launches and integrated marketing campaigns via multi-channel approach that connected brands to their target audience based on culturally relevant insights.
Natacha understands the power of market research, strategy and planning for a campaign’s success and killer content. Her career started at Young & Rubicam Miami, working with brands such as Dell Computers, Hershey’s, Bayer’s Mirena, Accenture and Chevron-Texaco for which she was awarded the IAC (Internet Advertising Competition) award for “Best Energy Online Campaign.”
Now, she uses all her knowledge to create content that empowers Latinas in the US in her digital magazine Alma Emprendedora.
